I don't remember a time without them. Over the years I've paid more or less attention to my guides, but I've always felt them close. I first started channeling for other people as a teenager, at parties, as a way of connecting. In my twenties I began taking it seriously and studied at the Berkeley Psychic Institute, and I've been channeling in groups and individual sessions regularly since 2010. Metaphysical, ceremonial, and earth-based mentorships along the way have deepened what was already there.
I'm claircognizant, which means guidance arrives for me as a knowing. I feel it mostly in the center of my body, with a tone and frequency that is unlike any other way I experience the world. I work with a steady staff of guides, including ancestors who have transitioned, plant spirits, and star beings, and sometimes I channel from my own soul. When you come for a reading, your own guides and ancestors come too, and they often have something they've been waiting to say.
When I open the channel, I feel connected to everything that loves us, and it's my favorite feeling in the world.
After hundreds of readings, here's what I trust most: your guides always speak in the direction of your wholeness. My job is to hold the line steady while you listen.

Every reading has its own flow, shaped by what you bring and how open the moment is. This is the general shape of our time together.

Before we meet
Write your questions down and find a quiet place where you won't be interrupted. Give yourself a few minutes to get present before we start. Information often begins arriving for me before the session does, so your reading may already be underway.

We ground together
We open with a simple grounding, so you can settle into your body and into the space we're sharing.

Your guides come through
I relay what your guides, ancestors, and helpers are saying, in my own voice. Sometimes a full message arrives first, and sometimes we begin with your questions and the message weaves in as we go. More often than not, your questions lead right to what was already coming through.

We talk it through
You can ask follow-ups, push back, and stay with anything that lands. The reading is a conversation between you, me, and the ones who have been walking with you.

Afterward
You receive the recording of your reading to return to whenever you like. If anything else comes through that belongs to your session, I'll reach out so nothing is left unfinished.

What can come through
More than once, a relative who has passed has come through with unfinished business: an apology the person waited years to hear, or accountability that was never offered while they were alive. There is often such a plea for forgiveness and healing in these moments that I cry with the person I'm reading. They are some of the most beautiful things I get to witness.
Sometimes ancestors bring through painful stories from further back in the family line, things that were never spoken out loud. Hearing them has helped people understand what they've been carrying, and finally let it go.
What surprises people most is how much they already knew. A reading often returns something you've known deep in your bones all along and simply forgot.

A reading or counseling?
Counseling is where we work with your patterns, your history, and the choices in front of you, usually over time. A reading is where I step aside and let your guides speak to what's moving in your life right now.
The two support each other, and plenty of people do both. They aren't interchangeable, though. If you book one and I sense the other would serve you better, I'll tell you, and we'll find the right fit.
Is a reading right for you?
You don't need to believe anything to book. Curiosity is welcome, and so is honest skepticism. What matters is a willingness to be open, even a little.
A reading isn't the right choice if you're coming to test me or need me to prove it. That stance tends to close the door on what's trying to come through, and you won't get what you came for.
A channeled reading is spiritual guidance. It isn't a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health care.
Questions about readings
Do I need to believe in this for it to work?
No. Curiosity is enough. Your guides don't need your belief in order to speak, and anything that is true doesn't require it. Bring your questions and see what lands.
What's the difference between a channeled reading and a psychic reading?
A channeled reading is a snapshot of a moment we share. While the connection is open, information comes through from many streams of consciousness at once, which gives you a wider view of your life than you can usually reach on your own.
Do the guides speak through you directly?
I relay what they're saying in my own voice, so you'll hear their guidance from me.
What if my question doesn't get answered?
Guides decline questions sometimes, just as people do, and there is always more to it than a simple no. Often they answer the question underneath the one you asked. A reading can only show what you're available to receive, so if you're carrying a lot of protection, things may come through slowly. Deep breathing helps open things up, and we can always come at a question from another direction.
Can I ask about other people?
You can ask about anyone in your life. The clearest guidance usually comes through about your side of a relationship and your part in it. Questions about another person's private life may not be answered.
Are there questions you won't take?
You can bring any question, including ones about health, money, or legal matters. Not every question will be answered, and a reading is never a replacement for a doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, or therapist.
Will I get a recording?
Yes. Every reading is recorded on Zoom, and the recording is sent to you [WITHIN ___] so you can listen again whenever you're ready.

How should I prepare?
